Naturbyn
Ten years ago, there
was nothing here but
an inaccessible area of
uncleared woodland.
But when Thomas Petersson decided to
move back to the place where he grew up,
he began the laborious task of building
the village Naturbyn with his own two
hands. Now families, groups of friends,
newly-weds and companies come here to
experience outdoor adventures out of the
ordinary.
Naturbyn is located
only a few hundred
metres south of the exit from Road E18
between Oslo and Karlstad.
– I want to offer life in the outdoors
that is easily accessible, in the most natural
